Naomi Aoki

Naomi Aoki joined Fulcrum in September 2021 as senior vice president, corporate communications and investor relations, bringing more than 20 years of strategic communications experience in the life sciences industry. Prior to Fulcrum, Naomi was senior vice president, corporate communications & investor relations at Syros Pharmaceuticals. She has also served as a senior communications consultant for many life sciences companies, providing counsel across a range of communications needs, including corporate positioning and reputation, executive visibility, media relations, investor relations, crisis communications, product public relations, and advocacy relations. She was previously director, public affairs at Biogen and vice president in the healthcare practice at Weber Shandwick. Naomi began her career as a reporter at The Virginian-Pilot and was a reporter at The Boston Globe where she covered the life sciences sector. She has a bachelor’s degree in comparative literature from Dartmouth College.
